Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of a contract.

Storage Period

Reservation data is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods and then deleted.

PayPal

The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

6. Vouchers & Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, a voucher in the amount of the paid amount will be issued and made available to the customer electronically.

In this process, we process:

  • Voucher code
  • Voucher value
  • Reference to the original reservation

Cash payment is not possible. Vouchers are personalized and valid without time limit.

7. Email Communication

As part of the reservation system, we send automated emails, including:

  • Reservation confirmations
  • Cancellation confirmations
  • Reminders
  • Vouchers and invoices as PDF

8. No-Show Processing

If a guest does not appear at the reserved time, the reservation status is set to “No-Show”. This information is stored for internal processing.

Only technically necessary cookies are used. Additional cookies are set only after consent.

Integration takes place in extended privacy mode.
